Got sport? Most American do, which makes the games we play and watch something more than simple diversions and amusements. Sports reveal us as individuals; they display us as a culture. This community offers insights into the numerous ways Americans have pursued sport at various times in the past, and at all levels of society. What do our sports say about us? How and why do sports mean so much to us? This is an active and participatory community, like our games and teams themselves. We'll read, discuss, visit, exchange, and doubtless either watch the game together or play one amongst ourselves. Perhaps we'll do both things.
